The best way would be to 'rip' the CD using audio software like windows media player or Itunes. This will import the music into the media player and then you can play it from your computer pretty much at will.

how did you copy your CD? just normal copy and paste?
you can not copy your Audio CD like that , for coping Audio CD you need to do some thing , first of all you can have an Image from your CD , to do this you need to have software which can make a virtual drive for you . or you can use some software to convert your Audio file to MP3 . but the easiest way is just play you Audio CD with Windows Media Player and then:
1. in the left column you can see the option that is (Copy to CD or Device) select it.
2.then there you can give the address that media player has save you file. after you given that , just press copy and enjoy

I think u have done the copying process in the wrong way...
DON'T just open E drive then right click the file and click copy....Is NO use...
Use window media player and put in your CD.
Find the 'RIP' or "RIP CD" tab...and click on it...
then choose the song u want (the song will automatically appear like a playlist) and click start....then it will rip the song from your CD....
You can also use this method in Real Player,......
If still cannot ...u can email me......fruitchain_2020@yahoo.co.uk
Hope it will help....
Thank you

You need to play it back through a media player. You can also download itunes for free and catalog and play back your cd's that way. You do not need to have an ipod to do this. You can also use itunes to burn your songs on cdr's (as long as you have a cd burner"
