In an episode, Homer Simpson is at a department store 's changing room, when a male staff ask him is he ready yet ? also tell him that others need to use the changing room. Homer then say "uh-oh" and judging the way his pants is, it is presumely thought it was actually a toilet. Can anyone tell me what episode it is ?

Homer Simpson in a dressing room in a department shop, sittting posture as if in toilet doing business. Then a manager ask him if he is going to be long and other customers needs to use the changing room. Homer, apparently does not know it is a changing room and thought its a toilet. Pls tell me the episode, best answer gets 10 points.

It's the episode where Bart was arrested for faking a wedding party to get free gifts, he then spent an ackward moment with a girl while running away from the authority.
