Not individual moments, but periods of paradigm shift. =) In fact, I have them constantly - most of us do. One day we will realise that all of them contribute to changing our lives for the better, even if they seem to be changing our lives for the very worse when they first occur.

my best friend committed suicide, and of course it was the worst couple years of my life, but looking back it made me learn to live and appreciate life more...... both the best and worst thing to happen to me,,,,,,
