Any recommendations among the 3 and the best times to hit them up for a Friday and Saturday night, please. I have heard great things about all three and want to go to all three of them during my weekend in Vegas.

I highly recommend Tao on Saturday, and either Tryst or Pure on Friday. You should probably choose one or the other for each night though, or you'll just be in line trying to get in to clubs all night. When we local clubgoers go out and want to stay out all night, we usually choose a club like the ones you mentioned to go to for the early part of the night and then a great afterhours club (I suggest Drai's at the Barbary Coast WAY before the Empire Ballroom suggestion made below! EB sucks these days more often than not and will be closing soon-used to be fun but the latest management has made some crap decisions.) Either way, have fun.

I am a very frequent traveler to Las Vegas (will be there again in a few weeks).
Althought, I have not been to Tao (I plan to make it there on this next trip), I have been to Pure and Tryst.
I recommend Tryst on Thursday nights and Tryst on Sundays. But hmmmm you won't be there on these nights. So, if it were me, here is what I would do....
Friday: Coyote Ugly (start off here early). Then head over to Rain and Moon, both located at The Palms. Rain can get VERY crowded and have long lines, so be prepared for that.
Saturday: Jet and then The Empire Ballroom (Jet first and then the Empire Afterwards).

You can't go to all three because of the long lines, so go to your top two. They are all good either night, so it will depend on who is DJ'ing and if it's a special event (ie a celebrity is hosting or something) - make your top two choices from there. Now it comes down to amenities...Pure should have their roof open this summer, which makes for a nice change of scenery. I think its easier to get a table at Tao when you get there, if that's what you're into. Tryst is kind of hidden away - I like that. It really comes down to the weekend that you are here, as any night is good at these clubs (except Sunday at Pure can be kind of dead).

They are all great. As far as getting there goes....if you get there around 11pm the line will be slightly shorter than if you arrive later. The best is Tao if you ask me.
The Palms opened up a new club called MOON that is simply amazing! If you have time check that out too.
Just keep in mind there is a cover charge (usually $20 and up) per club. Its hard to club hop in Vegas.

Definitely go to PURE on Saturday night...its my favorite!! Tao is good, and so is Jet. Also check out Body English at Hard Rock Hotel.
