I need to know the basic and procedures about going about setting up a cyber cafe. What license i need, how to get it.. and other things related in the process.. I hope someone can help me out.. Better still if you already own a cyber cafe :)

to put it in simple terms, a Business Plan.
But before I even go further. I rather you reconsider and think about WHY you want to build this Cyber Cafe. For what reasons?
Will it be big or is it something small you want to build. If you want a related process, then this is what I can share. As I said, why build it? Of you don't even have a future for your cafe in the extreme long term, it is bound to die out anyway.
If you think a loan can help, then that's where you'd be wrong.
A loan is just a start up engine.
Check with the bank. It may help. But Loans, I say you be extra careful in that.

u need to reseach the market first. seach local place is any cafe exist there. if there is a cyber cafe then u try to get some information such as, how much pc they have. which type of customer they have and which type of job work done here. how many worker work there then u can calculate exact figure about ur cafe space requirement. u must be make licence tough labour department then u can do ur work. u must be seach what isp your competitor using. u have to make option how many isp here in your market place. u have to calculate cost then u can decide ur market stragety.
