How do i aquire my license at the age of 18?

Question

can someone give me the EXACT process of how i would go about getting my license at the age of 18. I have no prior classes and never got my temps. This would be my first time applying for a license. I know its a lot easier than if i did it at 16 and i dont have to take all the classes but what exactly is involved?

if you here in the philippines,because you are in minor age,you need of letter of parent/guardian consent duly
>application form for drivers license
>proof of identy
original birth certificate with photocopy
original valid passport with photocopy
affidavit of two person who can attest applicant identity
any documents (sss.id,philhealth id,tin id,pag-ibig etc.)
and the fees are:
for student P112.80
for professinal P232.80
non-professinal P262.80

go to the nearest LTO office!
