Using a brush mascara helps me and make sure you don't pump your wand into your eyeshadow as this dries it out instead just wind it down.

if you find there’s too much product on the brush, an easy fix is to take a square of tissue or toilet paper, wrap around the brush and then gently squeeze. This will remove excess mascara, while still leaving on enough to coat and define your lashes. Another good trick: run the tube of mascara under hot water for a few minutes, which will help to thin out the formula and make it less likely to clump. Finally, if you have an old tube of mascara, clean off the wand so there’s no product on it, let it dry out, and then use it as a lash comb to de-flake after applying coats.

I hate it when my mascara clumps, so I wipe the excess off the brush before applying. It doesn't clump, but you might have to put it on twice to get the effect you want.

Use it once, give it about 1 min to dry. And then do a second layer instead of putting it on at the same time. And maybe get new mascara if you need it, try to buy one with a a brush that's bent and has thin, sharp bristles.

the more you use mascara, the less it clumps. also, try wiggling it when you apply it at the roots. you can also use a clean wand to seperate the lashes after you put mascara on.

Immediately after u apply mascara, take an eyebrow comb n comb ur lashes, it'll remove excess stuff and separates ur lashes for a natural look.
u can also try lightly dabbing ur lashes with hairspray so it'll stay it's shape and also stop smudging.

pumping mascara can cause bacteria to delovelp in your bottle. your best bet would be instead of pumping the mascara brush...just simply turn it. I have a cosmeologly class and that's what we learned.

The very best way is to wipe the brush before dipping and apply it on eye brows after that if any lumps are in the brush..remove it off and apply once more. This will do good.

first of all use a thinner brush second, dont cry so it doesnt smear. third , and i read this in a beauticians book, smear yogurt on your eyes and then apply it. the ingredients from the yogurt will harden the outer part of ur eye and let the mascara stay. trust me it works!!!!!
