I was diagnosed with severe anxiety at the age of 14. I had severe chest pains, felt like I couldn't get enough air inside my lungs, and also felt like I smoked 2 packs of smokes a day or something. It kind of felt like the worse case of heartburn you can imagine. It lead to anxiety attacks, which can be scary if you don't know what's happening to you. Anxiety can come in all sorts of ways, until I was diagnosed in the back of my mind, I Thought I was dying, seriously. If you do have anxiety, look into it. See a doctor or a counsellor, there is something causing you or whoever you are asking for, this anxiety.

Yes I do have, and have been diagnosed with anxiety. Depression is also a major factor for me. It took a while but eventually my last diagnosis was manic depressive. It took a very long time to get to this point but when something is not quite right inside of you believe me you know! I believe i've been at least depressed going back to early childhood. I'm fifty six now, and as I remember back I can see it. This condition does not feel good to anyone but it is treatable. I do take medication(for mood swings), and I do well. The most important thing to understand is that there is nothing to be ashamed of. Do not use the condition as a crutch, but as a stepping or starting point in your life to make life happier, and healthier for you, and most important for those you love.

Not anxiety, just depression.
I have a 360 blog entry about it dated February 24.
It didn't get buried too far down, I only made a couple of blog entries since then.

yep- I am borderline personality, Bi-polar, and depressed, with Anxiety------
