Are you kidding me? Quagmire is the best character on that show, who doesn't like an over-sexed neighbor that can give such lines as,"you must be a parking ticket.......because you have fine written all over you.....giggidy..giggidy alllllllllright" or when he gets his manhood caught in a window and he dials 911 and says, " yeah ....yeah .... it's Quagmire again.....yeah it's stuck in a window this time" absolutely priceless, Quagmire is the man.
