I like Pheonix and in reply to the person who said that u cant spell I really like this spelling of pheonix better than phoenix coz to me phoenix looks silly and looks like its pronounced Foe nix instead of Feo nix, I also really like Zander owen but would spll it Xander Owen and out of your girls I love the name Kiana Isabella and no I dont think there are to many as

I personally like Evelyn Janelle and Shelby Anne for the girls’ names. Evelyn is the more formal of the two and seems to match your biological children’s' names. Shelby fits in more with the stepsons' names. I do not know if you call your children by nicknames or not, but Evie would be a good nickname if you chose Evelyn. I think that it would depend on the child once she is actually born. You need to match her personality. Evelyn is a more demure name, and would be appropriate a quiet child. Shelby brings to mind a more outgoing child.
As for the boys' names, I like Zane Daniel and Isaiah Paul. Zane is a creative name and makes me think of a child who likes wild adventures. Isaiah means wise and strong. It is a great Biblical name. The only thing that I can see as a problem is that people will always have trouble with the spelling. (I know that drives me crazy about my name and my first and last only add up to nine letters.)
Of those four names, I think that Shelby and Zane are my favorites.

I'd go with Daniel Zane, so he'd have a choice of using the Z or not.
For a girl, Shelby Anne is wonderful.
I have a grandson spelled Owyn Xander.
Personally, I think an easy to spell name works out better than an exotic spelling, and short names are better than long ones.

I realllllly like Shelby Anne and Roselyn Faith(Girl) and I duno Im not a big fan of those boy names... I dont know about Zane or Zander kinda like space names or somethin?! But I do like Daniel, David, and Paul.. My sons name is Bradley Ryan I just picked from when me and my husband first met out Favorite singer (Sublime) and Ryan me and him BOTH made a list without knowing what the other is writing and we both put Ryan It was fun and nice knowing we picked the same name. :) GOOD LUCCCCK! Zane is much better than Zander.
Drop Phoenix, because obviously you can't even spell it, so how is anyone else supposed to?
Isaiah is cute.
Evelyn is too old fashioned, Kiana Isabella has got too many a's (you're right). Shelby is too Southern, it reminds me of Julia Roberts in Steel Magnolia's.
Elizabeth Tiana is better than Tiana Elizabeth, plus it goes better with the pretty names your other daughter's have.
