are you using any emal clients like outlook express? if so, go to your email domain host site (ex. www.yahoomail.com if your using yahoo as your mail povider) and type in there your log in and password.

first you tell to me. your mail id is config in outlook or outlook express or webmail?
you used web mail is no problem directely go to web and give user name password now in any computer or any place.
you used outlook or outlook express it is not available in downloaed mail others go to your webmail and give your user name password then see it.
