He was going to leave the business for Sky while she was still pregnant but then his son, Diego gets arrested and since he was already sent to prison this would be an automatic return. He wasn't going to let this happen because he felt if Diego was in prison that someone there would try to kill him just to get even with Lorenzo. Lorenzo had no other choice but to ask for favors to save his son. When he did this he know "owed them" big time and had no other choice but to accept their shipments and let them tell him what was happening next. He know was in too deep to leave even thought Diego was killed and he continued to follow their rules and commands. That included excepting a briefcase with micro chips inside starting the hostage situation at the Metro Court.

Mr. Craig owns Lorenzo for some reason and he can't get out. Skye is trying to step up until he gets his memory back. He has secretly gotten his memory back and the soap gossip is that he is leaving the show -- sounds like a death to me.

he's in to deep know if he tired to leave they would kill him or Skye or the baby or all three
