I have a small little bump that feels like a pimple in between my vagina and my anus. I never had sex, never had oral sex even or anything like that. I'm 18 yrs old. I also don't shave that area or pluck or whatever. I use Summer's Eve to wash the area daily.
So what is wrong??? :-o Is it normal to have a small pimple in your vagina? or is it infected or something?? :-o

Okay to make things clear, it's not INSIDE inside... it's just on the area in between the anus and the vagina. i have normal acne problems, but nothing so major.
Does anyone know what causes the pimple/cyst?? :(

I happened to catch this when surfing questions and do so wish no one to make smart remarks...that would be very cruel.
Before you worry or panic further, try to better determine what actually is there and the condition of it relative to colour, feeling and size. Because of its location it surely will be uncomfortable and it may be best to have a hot shower first as your body is more limber after a hot shower or bath.
With a mirror, view closely to find if this lump has a greenish head to it, quite similar to a facial pimple. View closely also to find if there is an enflamed area around the lump. If these are present then you have an infectious pimple which must be treated. A simple over-the-counter anti-biotic cream would be best before determining the need for professional help of a GYN.
Do not break that lump as it may contain infectious poison which can spread into the vaginal tunnel and further your problem.
Females should ALWAYS wipe from front to back to avoid excrement contamination in the vaginal tunnel.
If the lump is very painful to touch but shows no infectious head on it or an enflamed area around it then it probably is a Chankre which are common in the genital area and a little inward to the vaginal opening often as well. These usually go away in a week or two of their own accord and pose no health threat other than the pain they produce unless they continue to grow.
In either situation, if the lump grows in size or breaks open or does not go away of its own accord in several days it is important to see a GYN for corrective treatment.
Meanwhile, avoid use of a harsh feeling toilet paper and use wet wipes intended for genital hygene.
As you are just 18 and asking questions here that should be answered by your mother or a GYN, I must assume you don't have the mother-daughter relationship of intimate trust. Whatever the situation may be, please take steps to find a GYN, male or female, and establish a trusting relationship with him or her.
As embarassing as it may seem, thru your many years ahead there will be many doctors viewing your intimacies in order to maintain good health for you. It's just a frailty of human life we must adapt to and accept as a necessity.

It could very well be just a pimple or cyst if you have not been sexually active.
I'd suggest visiting your doctor or even a local Free Clinic just to be sure.
It may clear up in a day or two, if thats the case then it was probably just a simple as you suspect. Just take nice hot showers or baths and make sure you dry that area well before you get dressed. It's important that you don't attempt to pop it because it will be very painful.

Yes, sometimes one can have a pimple on their vulva (the external genital area, the vagina is on the inside), but you really need to see your dr to have this evaluated to find out if it is a pimple, a cyst, or something else going on.
Also, pls do not douche as it can cause more problems. If one is having a smell down there it probably means an infection is starting.
Most drs do not recommend that their patients douche unless it's with medicated douche under certain circumstances but that is pretty rare to have happen.

Probably a boil or cyst. It's common but don't squeeze it. It will cause pain and get infected. It will go away eventually. They can appear in any area. Maybe taking warm baths might hurry it up. You could wash the area with some Phisoderm acne wash or something similar be careful just that spot!......You know if it gets real bad or doesn't;t seem to get better in a week or two you'll probably have to go to the doc and get it lanced. I would say an experienced person that has them frequently might peirce it with a sterilized needle I warn you it will hurt! But I think you should leave it alone or let the doc lance it.

Your whole body is covered in hair follicles. Its very easy for these follicles to become inflamed and infected just by friction of your panties and sweat along with other irritants like wiping. Nothing to worry about though. It will go away eventually dont pick at it though. You can dab it with rubbing alcohol or witch hazel and help dry it out sooner.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Not really, could be a fungus from sweating or not drying enough. I hope you meant the summers eve wash not the douche. You should not douche more than once every 4 weeks or so. It can cause a yeast infection.

they're ingrown hairs, I many times get them as quickly as I shave. only look out for them. in the event that they alter into white, squeeze them until eventually all the puss comes out, so as which you will launch the hair so it stops being so painful, and would not substitute right into a super cyst-like lump on your vagina.
