I don't believe they do much if anything.
I don't blame them, they can hardly feed their own without taking care of others.
Oh yeah, based on personal experience, they give some of the best doctors (and many other technical careers such as working with computers). I believe this is because they come from such a poor country and want to achieve something. They tend to have a great work ethic. Really, have you ever seen an Indian immigrant using your taxes by existing on welfare? I have never seen one. That alone is one way they at least give money to the US - by not taking it in the first place.

just forget it. india's a neutral country, it doesn't aid any. it only expresses it's concerns. what the hell does it care? it is like one of those firends of urs who will never quarrel with u, and who will neither be available whenever u r in need. they'll neither take sides with u nor against u. such people are dangerous, more than ur own enemies. it's better to have enemies than such indifferent, neutral friends.
