I would use www.tigerdirect (dot) com & use the "Memory Configurator" which will require you to know name & model of your PC. If that is a RAM module for a laptop you probably won't find it in The Philippines. Even the more common RAMs such as DDR & DR are unavailable for laptops. They seem to only sell parts for desktops. I searched for months & finally bought RAM in Korea & sent it to PI for my wife's laptop.

Find a computer shop that deals with used computers and repairs, or go to eBay. Either way it's still expensive. Make sure you don't get some that won't work for your computer.
Ther are different speeds, and ECC and non-ECC. Unless you are going for speed and don't care about cost, go with the slowest non-ECC your machine will take in order to get the lowest price.

pc express is a one-stop-shop chain of stores that have outlets in strategic places over metro manila. the phone directory can help which one is nearest you but giving them a call would be a good step. otherwise the malls have computers section and might carry the rdrs a little more pricey. for less headaches stick with kingston

I got mine just outside of Olongapo, but usually I just go to manila since it's close.

But, back here in the states, My ninong, just wires me the money and I fed-ex to my cousins. You could do that also, since while I was in PI, I was buying online and they delivered to my house there.
