At the age around 12-13 years one should be clear about he career options that one wants to opt for.
Because by the age of 12-13 years one generally passes 8th class and after 10th one has to opt for the subject, i.e. go for subject selection, and if one is clear in his/her mind then can very well focus and decide what way to go.

I don't think age matters as much as maturity and aptitude. In general, girls usually figure out what they want to do before guys do, but still, I'm 22 and I'm STILL not completely sure, while some of my friends who are 18 have their lives in order.

It should be taken during our students life especially in class 8 u should have decided what u have to become so that u can concentrate more on that sub. which should be needed to achieve ur aim.

We should think for our carrier in student's life. At that time we are enough mature to take decisions. If we start thinking from that time then only we would be able to decide it later.

children should have interests. they should explore these interests and have an idea of what they are doing. i suggest during graduation in high school, but it isnt absolutely mandatory.
