I met and talked to Rodney Dillard who played Rodney Darling on the Andy Griffith Show. I got his autograph as well as his wife and daughter. All 3 travel around the states doing blue grass. He's not that famous, but he's the only one I've met.

I lived in new york for almost twenty years and met some very cool people. I met John Belushi just lying on a blanket in central park. I was reading and looked over at him and realized who he was and just say Hi John, beautiful day and he said you are right beautiful lady. I eyeballed the Queen of England during her visit to new york, amazing skin. I was impressed with Elton John, and partied with Willie Nelson, Lawdy. I thought Kim Novak was total class, and Rodney Dangerfield was quite a guy. I met Geraldo Rivera who was a big jerk even when he was young. I also met Patti Lupone who is incredibly talented. I met Ruby Dee and her husband Ossie Davis. They were so charming and human. I also met Al Sharpton, I cant stand to see him everywhere stirring up trouble, I am white but with an international family, not at all racist, but when he and I were face to face and eyeball to eyeball, I could feel the hate. I also had the displeasure to meet Kathy Lee Griffith, when she was first working with Regis and the show was local in new york, She was doing a show in our neighborhood and she was such a b i t c h. I had liked her before I knew better. I have also had the pleasure to meeting Andrew Young and Miss Katharine Dunham.

I met Hulk Hogan in a hotel While visiting Disney world maybe ten years ago, I was young and we talked for a little while while we were hanging out in a jacuzzi. I was completely starstuck lol and I didn't even think about asking for an autograph (seeing as how we were in a hot tub anyways)
I remember he was very friendly, and the next day while we were checking out the lady at the desk gave me an envelope that he had left for me, inside were autographed pictures of Hogan and a few other WWF wrestlers too.
I also met AC-DC but I was so young I didn't know who they were :)

I met some of the Beach Boys, and ran into Kenny G at my hotel lobby in Buffalo... I was checking out this short long haired guy at the Reception desk and then he turned around and it was Kenny G and I was kind of embarrassed.. he wears ripped jeans and a t-shirt how was I to know..
I ran into Brian Seltzer at a Chinese Restaurant in Germany... He knew that I knew who he was, he looked right at me and the girl in the next booth knew too, but we both decided to respect his lunch and leave him be.. I thought it would be rude since he was having lunch alone.
Erika Eleniuk (sp?) I worked on this low budget film she starred in, she is a super nice person, gave diet advice the whole bit.. She was really real...There were some other actors on that show that do stuff on television but nothing much to remember or brag about... others on shows were Anson Williams (remember him from Happy Days?) he came off very dirty old man-ish, he doesn't understand appropriate touching... Kim Coates... what a creep.... he kissed me on the lips goodbye in front of the whole crew and he was such a nightmare to me the whole shoot I really hope my breath stunk... I completely hated him.
I use to exchange emails with Jian Ghomeshi and one day he stopped emailing me back and I was a little crushed cause he was fun to talk to and I always wondered what I did.
Anyway last week Andy Taylor now formally from Duran Duran again sent me an email... he commented on a comment I wrote on his blog.... Okay it was one line and a typical Andy comment, but the fact that for a few minutes in his life I existed in his world is pretty cool... I didn't email back because he wasn't trying to start a conversation he was simply commenting and I didn't want to come off like stalker girl..

Well, I got to see George W. when he was out campaigning for his second term. His entourage passed my husband and I while we were standing by the side of the road. We could see him because he was sitting in the front passenger seat of one of the busses so we started waving like crazy. He stood up, leaned forward and squinted at us for a minute, then started smiling real big and waving back. I figure he was making sure we were waving with our whole hand and not just one finger :D I know he was waving at us because no one else was around. It didn't make me vote for him, but it was still pretty cool. Something to tell my grandchildren about.
I met Linda Ronstadt when I was a little girl. It was around 1980, she was a big deal back then. My parents were divorced and lived far apart, so every year my Mom would put me on a plane by myself and my Dad would pick me up at the other end. The flight attendants would keep an eye on me while I was there. Well one of the flight attendants decided to take me up to first class to meet her. We had a short conversation, I can't remember what it was about. It's a shame ... I was too young to really appreciate it.

I've met Dave Chappelle several times. He lives around me, goes to the book store where I used to work, and has been in the cafe where I'm currently the manager. He's a very nice guy, but I don't make a big deal when he's around. Enough people do that already.
In 1998, I met Shawm Michaels (WWE wrestler) just before Wrestlemania 14. He was at a martial arts expo. He talked to my mom and me, and he took pictures with us and signed autographs. Former WWE wrestler Steve Blackman and former WWE wrestler/UFC fighter Dan Severn were there, too, but they weren't as friendly as Shawn.
In 1992, I was in the 7th grade and went to my first wrestling event. I met Bret Hart after the show. He gave me a quick hug and took a picture with me.

Jim Belushi and myself had some friends in common back in the early eighties. I met Mitzi Gaynor in Denver. I met Timothy Leary at a New Year's Eve party-well sort of. I met Roberta Flack, the Smothers Brothers, Bobby "Blue" Bland and a bunch of that ilk when my mom worked the backbar at a downtown club when I was a kid. They used to send me up to annoy them into starting their shows.

I met Chuck Norris a few years back at Ridgmar Mall while shooting an episode of Walker. He shook my hand and talked briefly outside the food court. I didn't and still don't watch the show, I was just skipping school.
