i have a motorola razor and no matter what i do i cant figure out how too 3 way on it..could i have directions

I have to dial the number in the 1st persons ear then hit the call button (which puts caller 1 on hold) then you'll hear it ringing...when caller 2 answers go through the menu and select conference. if there is a better way I would love to know it.

well if you have motorola, ask your provider how to do a 3 way
