A Christian Band ...... is a business. Hold concerts, things like that. Generally include Christian members, lots of time write & record enjoyable music.
Worship Band Just what it sounds like, to lead worship, praise God. More often found in a church setting, or a revival.
Now, a Christian band can ACT as a worship band, (Listen to some of the Live Third Day stuff...Tremendous!!!)
Make sense?

A Christian band is almost mainstream. Their music sounds similar to mainstream music.
Worship bands are the bands you'd find at a church, playing Christian worship songs. These songs are typically easy to sing, consist of a chorus and frequently include verses.
A Christian band example is Jars of Clay. A worship band example is Hillsong.

Christian bands are usually commercially viable bands whose music has a Christian leaning or statement.
Worship bands more often than not actually only gig at worship services as opposed to trying to sell records or tour.

a christian band is singers that are christian that sing about christian things/situations/events, encouraging music that doesn't neccesarily directly praise God. worship music is worship, like it's songs directed to God and are used in churches (like a worship song is for worship time at church, and christian bands are usually for leisure/for listening/being encouraged at home or away from church) hope this helps :)
