There is this noise that people under 30 cna only hear, i can hear it (im 17) and so can my work mate (40+) ... is it real?

Yep can hear the text-message ringtone, some older people can't. Interesting.

I'm truly sorry for sounding 'clever' but 'What noise?' I guess it depends on the development of your eardrums etc. The older you get the less tuned in you are to some things

Can't really hear it, and I'm 28. However, there is a high pitched sound on our family's electronic pest repeller that I and my brothers can hear, but my parents can't...
