Yes. Over the years my filter has become perfect - post at the door, all junk mail, unimportant letters gets torn there and then. If I look for info on the net, I never get distracted to go off course. If someone is a boring talker I never meet them a second time.....because my motto is: Time is precious and too much information is over 50% a waste of time

I go out on a date and he starts telling stories about his ex girlfriend, that is too much information. In case he starts getting graphic for whatever crazy reason then I really can not stomach it!

Then there is sharing too much information between siblings, I really can not handle it when my sister starts telling me intimate details about her and a guy, and she feels the same way, she would say "Hey! you are my sister!"

My mom tested me with this when she told me the real reason for my parents' divorce. I had to binge drink for a couple of months to deal with it so I don't know if that's dealing with it but today I'm glad that I know.
