Well, you could say the same thing about the state of Georgia.

(quick history lesson. Australlia and Georgia were, at one time, penal colonys of Great Britan. I may have ruined the joke, but I think I avoided some confusion).

edit: Oh, I understood it. Seeing as it is completely juvenile it wasn't too much of a stretch. I will clarify my point more adequately for you though....the joke was complete rubbish. I wish to say more but I will cope a violation. Moving on.
