When you have a lot of things to put in a cell using tables in MS Word, the cell or row perhaps just expands and even hides the other words that you type in (if it doesn't fit the screen anymore). In order for you to cut and make your data be visible, I am cutting and pasting it manually. Any help please. Thank you.

There are a lot of possibilities for this type of problem.

Check your table formatting:

Table>Table Properties. Under Table Tab - Select Options - Confirm Automatically resize to fit contents is selected.

Then, the Cell Tab (after selecting entire table) and Options >Wrap Text.

Under the Row Tab - make sure that there is not a specified height (which can result in content not showing up as well). It sounds like this is a rather lengthy document, so you may want to also select "Allow Row to Break Across Pages" as well (depending on content, etc.)

These two settings should keep the table from cutting off text , and also expanding your column width (by allowing text to wrap and not limiting row height).

I hope this solves your problem.

Other possibilities could include formatting problems from what you are cutting/pasting from, etc.
