I heard a song over satellite radio it was a mellow male singer that would fit the genre of acoustic singers?

The song had a lot of sayings about the world, life, and such....? I wish I could remember more!! It's one of those songs in which makes me think about the world and how wonderful everything is...I love that feeling. I hope someone out there can help me out with as little information as I know.
