India has Hindi as the national language but the constitution has listed many other languages also. After the post Independent Period the Congress was the only party that, came into power, (As the Unity against the than, British Govt. without any Competition) at this time the Congress was Predominated from the NEHRU FAMILY, thus the UP Politicians came together to take an important decision as a NATIONAL Language for INDIA ( On the basis of British System- which was also thursted the Language “English”, on their followers) On ruling Govt. Majority was from UP such as Nehru Dynasty, the than President Babu Rajendra Prasad & highranking Govt. Officers having a guarantee, of Job from UP, in the new Government.

At this time there was no Democratic needs to ask the people for a National Language`s, requiment?, insted the POWER Monger Nehru, pushed his mother tongue as the National Language? & blessed, with the Indian Constitutions formation. Without taking any Polls as a Democracy needs?. Thus 34% of INDIAN HINDI Speaking people thursted a LANGUAGE “ H I N D I “, as national Language. Where as the rest 65.68% , people were Over-ruled for the National Language issue ? without any Debate as per the Constitution, as the 1st Draft, came with the tailor made from NEHRU & HIS SUPPORTERS IN THE GOVT in 1950s. Or what was the reason which the DEMOCRACY WAS RAPED HERE?.

Todays Offical language HINDI, developed from URDU, imported from the Muslim Rulers, who ruled the NORTH India, for a long time, which was also the WRITING SCRIPT. INDIA = BHARATHDESH! & Urdu, the Arabic, Script differs from HINDI, also different meanings with similar words, thus at that, time mingeled in to days Official National language HINDI. The basic of HINDI script developed from DEVNAGARI (SANSKRIT), which were easy to understand, in those days than the URDU originated from PERSIA, imported from the than Rulers of India in NORTH, which was also adopted from the NEHRU - DYNASTY & UP dwellers?. Thus the present National Language contains majority wordings in script developed from PERSIAN & ARABIC. So the Hindi Language formed as Analytical Script mingled from both imported languages? And the Original HINDI was wiped out in similar form, as Post Independent POWER MONGERY from Indian National Congress?. Overuling all 65% of the Indian Poppulation?. As such the Present youngsters, have the right to raise a finger against those who suppressed through their Office of Power? The majority other INDIAN LANGUAGES WITHIN INDIA?. Or Compensate the other languages, Dialects that were ignored?. But at any costs a PUBLIC Debate is seriously needed?. In this context, under the (“PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION”)?,

The HINDI as working language since 1947 after the Independent India, from British Colony, established very well, in the New form combined with Arabic & Persian, wordings. Out side India (Where no controls from Officials or Non-Officials? ) where North Indians Domicile was developped from the than, BRITISH EMPIRE, carrying Indian Slaves for their own “ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT”?. Question here also raises, to what extent the BRITISH GOVT. Has VIOLATED THE HUMAN RIGHT? At that time? Known or Unknown? Deleberately? On INDIANS?, & why til date the INDIAN GOVT. Representatives having a permanent seat at GENEVA on Human Right issues? Never raised a Question? On Violation of Human Rights?, which means the past deeds are forgotten?
