most mexicans are not caucasian, threre are mestizo (Amerindian-Spanish) 60%, Amerindian or predominantly Amerindian 30%, white 9%, other 1% .
but the population of Argentina is heavily made up of inhabitants of a white European background 97% , the largest being Italians and Spaniards.
and Uruguay is heavily populated by people of European origin, 94% of its population is of white European descent.
and 53.7% Brazilians are whites.

that is what I studies from Wikipedia.com
and I don't understand why ''white'' American people think
most people from argentina, chile, uruguay and costa rica are not caucasian, and they don't even think people from Spain,Italy are caucasian.
you know lots of ''white''american have Native American blood,
but they said if you have a geart-geart-geart grandparent is not white then you are not white, why some ''white''american with little Native American blood still consider themselves
''white''

It can take years for a person to track down their heritage, so naturally whites are consider white even though they have Native American blood. After so many generations, the bloodline runs thin. For instance, if your great-great-great-grandmother was a Native American Indian and married a Caucasian male, they your great-great grandparent would only be half native American & half white, thus each time their is a mixed marriage the blood line fades out. I hope this helps even though I still don't know what your question is.

Caucasian originally means from the Caucasus mountains in Russia. So logically, Spaniards and Italians wouldnt be Caucasians.

And I have 1/128th Cherokee blood in me. But I'm white. Why? Because thats what I am! You could never guess that I have a Native American ancestor, so why mention it? My skin is what they call "white" (technically its pink), so why go out of my way to clarify every tiny little bit of my family tree?

Trust me, if you're a Spaniard Americans consider you to be Caucasion because you're from Europe.
