Generally at a GOOD gym, people are there for their own workouts, and they're very respectful. People with many different fitness levels go there, all for the same common goal, To improve their health and fitness. And most of the people who go to gyms are mature adults who realize this. It's not as bad as you think it is...join and get someone to show you around, and don't stare at others while they are working out. Go there for you. People are freindly and very helpful.Peace!!
