The most physically beautiful person in the world can also be truthfully described as "not bad looking".
Don't overthink it. "Not bad looking" is that, and only that.

If someone says they are good looking then who cares cause it isn't about that. I have always gotten attention and compliments my whole life. I still would never say to even myself that i was good looking. that is shallow. Maybe you can know it inside and be thankful for it but also know you could lose it at anytime. If a person says they are ugly then stay away cause it might mean that they have self esteem issuses or they really are unattractive. But stay away if a person says they are good looking cause it sounds shallow. If a person says they are not bad looking they might just mean that they hav good points and bad points as we all do, or it may mean that they aren't all about outer appearance. I never showed my pic unless I had talked to the person for a bit cause i did not want to attract the ones that judged on looks cause that is not what I was looking for. Never judge a book by it's cover. So really it doesn't really matter what you say cause it may or may not even be true. Just send them your pic. One bad sign is if that person starts off asking about your outer appearance. that may be a sign that they do not care as much about who your are inside.

Not necessarily, a super model is not bad looking, most would agree she is good looking.
