Also, I order products online that occasionally require "a physical address - no PO boxes." Is this just essentially the same thing as a PO box?

The UPS mailboxes have actually street addresses, unlike P.O. boxes. In order to get one (or find out about pricing) it looks like you have to find a local store. But here is the general information, and the site has a store finder:

Yes, you can rent a PO box there.

However, it works a little differently than the Post Office. When you list the address, it's written with the street address of the UPS Store and then your box #. Like this:
123 Any St., Box 5678
Anytown, IA 00000

The UPS Store will also keep your packages for you until you pick them up.

Ask them for the details.

Yes, you can. But it will probably cost you you a lot more.

I think you can even use a street address and "suite" number instead of P.O. Box number. This is advantageous if you have a home business and do not want to use your own address.
