not extreme anger, but when I see others giving a negative rating to the best answer, that's annoying. I'll give it a positive rating to balance it out.

I'll also give a negative rating to bad answers to let the asker know that it's wrong.

for example, there was an answer to a question today that stated that the u.s. constitution bans abortion and gay marriage, which isn't true, even though many would like to change it. Nevertheless, the answer had more negative ratings than positive. silly.

I've never felt "extreme anger" on Q&A, a bit of annoyance sometimes and I thumbs down without a second thought.
