It is called Penguin park. No kidding. It is in Kansas City North on Vivion Road between North Brighton and Chouteau. It has been there since I was a small child.

The Zoo is amazing and it is free. But you have to pay to park. It is in forrest Park.. The Art Museum, History Museum, Science Center, Zoo and the Jewel House are all located here and they are all a must to any trip to STL

the st. louis zoo has the penguin and puffin house. and It's free!
