I have always believed in an equal split, especially if what's yours is mine and what's mine is mine to keep.

As a preventive measure so you don't kiss your house goodbye when you leave your wife, I suggest you kiss your wife goodbye every time you leave the house.

i think you'll have to kiss that house goodbye when you leave your wife....so in the meantime, make sure you kiss your wife goodbye when you leave the house and treat her right so she won't leave....thus, you'll keep the house
