so it is a clear colored liquid under the driver side when i moved it to a different spot there just a tiny drip,,maybe water from heater or somthing huh?

Are you living in an area where you use the Air Conditioning? Clear liquid is the condensation dripping off the A/C condensor. No need to worry. Like putting a cold glass of water on table on a hot day.

completely clear? that is weird my first inclination would be to check your hoses for leaks. Are you using your air conditioning? because if you are then seeing the water is normal

could be one of two things.
1) moisture from an ac
2) moisture from metal heating up and cooling off.
