husband is past 50, great silver hair, and tanned. i think looks great in pink.. he thinks pink isn't for men.

I agree, I'm in my 20's and don't find pink to be manly. Big bit of advise it not to put your man in something he is not happy wearing. If he's not happy wearing it then that style is not for him

It is not the color that is sexist but people make it sexist. You see, in general, people associate blue with male and pink for females. I think it is not justifiable. A guy can look great in pink and be manly at the same time. Also, a girl can look great in blue and be feminine at the same time. It is how you dress is what matters. Don't be bothered with what people say.

Manliness comes from within, not from the color one is wearing. Pink as a color looks good on most people. Just don't give him a pink shirt with lace.

It's how he carry himself with that color that matters. It isn't the color of the clothes one's wearing that makes a person. If he looks good at it, why not? and If it doesn't there's array of nice color that he could choose to.
Pink has many variations, pick one that will really enhance his looks...good luck. My husband thinks pink is not for him and red, and yellow...i pointed out that most of his clothes were blue...that he needs to try new colors. and he did and like the change...he's 45 and have lots of white hair!

I think it takes a real man to wear pink. My husband won't wear it much either, but he looks great in a very light pink. Sigh......

Some (not every) guys look good in pink. It doesn’t mean they aren’t manly. But the important thing here is that your husband doesn’t want to wear it. Let him wear the colors he likes.

Pink is such a great color for a man. I love it. I was so glad when my husband got him a pink dress shirt. He really looks good in it.
