In San Mateo, there is Ciudad Christia Resort, they have a wave making machine at their pool, hence, their new name, Ciudad Christia Nine Waves Resort. It can easily accommodate 100 people, it's very accessible, from the highway in Ampid (main San Mateo road) it's just a short walk towards the resort (it's located inside the subdivision complex). They also have most amenities of a resort.

I know a good resort nearby, nearer to Manila than Tanay or San Mateo. It is called Kuhala Bay Resort, and it's located in Cardona, Rizal.
Club Manila East is not in Tanay, but in Taytay, Rizal.
Antipolo resorts tend to get too crowded.
