When president McGarvie took the farms and gave these farms to his old comrades(soldiers)They had no idea how to farm or husband the land.Now these fertile lands are abandoned.The white farmers can't retrieve the land as McGarvie wants an exorbatant price for the land Zimbabwe used to be a food exporter.Now the people are starving.
