The same way you'd attract a girl of any other race. By being yourself and finding someone who likes you for you and someone you "click" with.
There's not special "white women" Cologne! LOL!

attract her any way you would any girl. race and color these days should not be an issue so if you like a girl walk up to her and ask for her # or out for a drink, if she likes you she will say yes.
