Biggest ones: Lie, cheat, steal.
Plagarism, Falsifying records, Cheating on exams. Anything that would violate your honor pledge. Also, if you got into serious trouble with the law, then they might kick you out.

Mmm off the top of my head, failing any classes in your senior year (and not telling them before hand), inconsistencies on your transcript than what you reported on the app (mainly grades since they get your transcripts; can't really check your extra curriculars). Those are the most glaring ones I guess; there are others I'm sure but remember: UC's don't like little (negative) surprises that show up after they've admitted you.

most IMPORTANT thing to look out for towards the end of your senior year when you are getting EXTRA lazy is to get at least a "C" in all you're classes. Senioritis is baadd. =P Take it from one who was on the line of "almost" getting a "D" in her last quarter of senior year LOL.

Aside from the lying and other related offenses, just getting a bad GPA will do it. You don't have to fail, just get a pretty bad GPA.
