im just like you...i like it all,i just go through phases of different music at a time instead of always a mixed variety..

I appreciate all genres and listen to most. I don't really listen to a whole lot of top 40, rap or techno.
Some of my favs: TOOL, Norah Jones, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Beck, Franz Ferdinand, Tori Amos, Joss Stone, Stevie Wonder, the Cars, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Ray Vaughn, the Cardigans, Weezer, Coldplay, Radiohead, Talking Heads, They Might Be Giants, Ween, Bic Runga, Jonatha Brooke, No Doubt and the list goes on and on.....

Lately, I've been listening to a lot more stuff leaning towards pure "pop" music ... I think Jon Brion's "Meaningless" CD is the best thing I have discovered in years ... damn, that guy is TALENTED!!
...also, a guy named Ken Andrews (just released a new CD and I'm going to his concert on April 1st ... yay me!) has put out some good stuff (more electronic leaning pop-rock) under the monikers of "On" and Year of the Rabbit" ... another unsung hero.
Kids these days are too busy listening to crap like 50 Cent and Fergie.
