example: leaf blower. they don't clean up leaves, they blow a huge pile of leaves and scatter them into smaller piles on other people's property. and they make a lot of noise.

pretty much half of the cooking aisle is stuff that doesnt really make anything easier. ever try one of those garlic smasher things? they dont do squat. i'm taking a few culinary classes right now, and our teacher went down a big list of things to avoid, and things that wont do what they say they do, but will work really well for something else entirely.

I don't think the inventions are bad in themselves, but it what people use them for and do with them that makes the bad side. The cell phone reference is just like that.

t.v.- because of it most of the people were glasses
straightener- cause the hair gets damaged and white faster
hose pump- it wastes too much of water, why can't anyone just use a bucket and mug to clean the car?
Car- it causes pollutions
Almost everything man has made has a negative part to it but I can't help it
