The phone will be provided by Cingular wireless and start at $499 for the 4gb model and $599 for the 8gb model. Though as always with any cellphone you can unlock the ipohone online with a code and use it with any service provider by simply slipping the sim card in. It will be availible in June 2007, if you head to a cingular store I believe they are taking pre-orders though- as it is expected to be a sell-out.

The preliminary pricing is $499 for the 4 GB model, and $599 for the 8 GB model. The iPhone will be available exclusively from AT&T (the new Cingular). The plan for the iPhone will come with an unlimited, high speed data connection.
Pricing may change.
