I bought my condo in July '06. I upgraded the kitchen by adding a new Stainless Steel and black: fridge, stove and dishwasher. I replaced all the carpet, put laminate wood floors in the high traffic areas and added high quality ceiling fans. I planned on staying here longer, but I have been offered a job out of state and will have to sell. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with great schools and lots of shopping. I paid $115K for this 2 bedroom condo. How much value do you think has been added with the upgrades? How much should I list it for? Who are the best listing agents?

Realty Agency will appraise for you.
You don't know the current area market and they do.
May be higher than you think or there may be a down trend in your area.

You may be at 130k or you may still be hovering at 115-120k.
They got the market sheet and you can work with them when you find a company to list with.

Where's it located? It's really impossible to answer your question without knowing the answer to that.

The fact is, you've probably added close to the amount of value as you spent on the upgrades. If you're in a market that hasn't cooled off significantly in recent months, then you might have added more.

But to a great degree, it comes to down location.

what is going to carry resale value is the sound device you put in. Wall fastened audio device that are no longer obvious and in wall speaker wiring are extensive bonuses. lots of people who equipped homestead theater setups into their homestead throughout the 90s and the early 2000s equipped them for the super boxy projection tvs that are slowly dying off and being replaced by making use of flat LCDs (and to an quantity Plasmas). So the question is how vast you flow, whilst will you sell, and how plenty room will you go away to alter. it would advance value in case you place an liquid crystal exhibit in thats larger than fifty 5" and in case you sell interior the subsequent 3-5 years (until now 60" LCDs start up advertising for closer to $one million,000). different than that, the size, form, and definition on tvs might replace plenty that a purchaser will merely see your place equipped setup as some thing they might desire to take out or adjust. subsequently making it quite of a damaging on your place. additionally, the apartment marketplace interior the midwest and west is in many circumstances the two young infants or older human beings, so shop the shopper in recommendations. in my view i might propose setting up the stereo device, with quite some shelfing for different digital hardware of various sizes, and leaving area for a clean television stand or an common wall mount on your Flat Panel. people who've audio device, yet do no longer see them love them! yet do no longer ignore, high quality products in audio device, wiring, and receiver would be greater alluring to a purchaser than some thing that would cause them to think of they are going to ought to interchange it.
