I've always raised hell, but now I'm 45 years old. The problem is, I feel like I've still got a few good strong hell raising years left, but I'm overweight right now and it will require effort to get back to fighting shape. What do you think? Should I go for the gusto one more time? My cycles of being in shape last for 5 years at a clip. I stay fit for five years and then I screw off and get fat for five, repeat process.

When I work out and get in shape I like to party a lot. Things are calm and though it has been nice (wife and kids happy) I feel like an old man and yet, I feel like beating the crap out of something. I just don't know what I'm supposed to be doing with myself?

I smell a mid-life crisis coming on. I know so many men who ruin their reputations during this time of life and never get them back so be careful how much hell you raise. I'm sure the wife and kids would think a little goes a long way. No blond bimbo the age of your daughter and no red sports car. Yes, I know it would be fun but it always ends badly. Try working out and getting in shape so you can live another few years. Good Luck and God Bless

45 if far from old. I am over 50.....still in shape...and am going back overseas to work in a different country again and do some more traveling. I have 3 more continents to visit before I call it quits.

Get back in shape and have some fun.

I am going to raise hell till death takes me there, My dad of 70 will still squeel the tires if u egg him on, my 80 year old grandpa who is dead now, use to piss my grandma off when he rapped his dual exhaust down mainstreet, I am looking for a 69 charger to redo, so my son can have my tricked out turbocharged dodge neon, so we can raise hell together. I have a grim reaper tatooed on my shoulder, he is always with me, hopefully I won't have to walk with him anytime soon, but I say once a hellraiser allways a hellraiser
