Dont know where they are comming from tried looking but, 4 or 5 ants would just appear out of nowhere. they keep crawling over my keyboard and monitor once in a while.

remove any food or drink from desk, wipe the desk clean with towel, Valcume floor.

Stop eating food near your 'puter. Ants only follow sugar, They are not drawn to electronics. Sorry if this sounds silly, but if there are even crumbs in the keyboard, they will smell them.

Well, move all stuff like the keyboard and mouse out of the way (unless they're on it of course). Get a can of flammable aerosol such as hairspray and a lighter. Hold can of aerosol inbetween you and ant. Put lighter in front of aerosol can. Spray aerosol until you have created a flamethrower and fried the little bastard into the seventh circle of hell.
Repeat as needed.

Throw out those donuts and don't access any food web sites. Then spray a little ant killer on your keyboard and desk (unless you are a nail biter)

they will not cross over white chalk it's got to be white/pureso put a line around the edge of your keboard table.
