The easiest thing to do is go to a professional and they'll take it out. There isn't a lot of skin there, so if you tear, it'll probably just tear all the way through. Most piercers just charge about $5.

Yes, use antibiotic ointment, the clear oily kind, not cream. It's very good for lubricating stuck piercings AND it helps prevent infections caused by pulling at them.

ouch! that's got to suck. or not. sorry try greasing it up with an antibiotic. and use two pair of needle nosed pliers.
