Blue states are much wealthier than red states on the whole, and tend to be far more urban. Blue states are (almost without exception) net contributors to federal tax revenues, while red states are (almost all) net beneficiaries.

It's the same old story: the nation's poor voting to elect the party of the nation's rich.

I would venture to guess that it is because blue states have a population that is generally better-educated, and thus able to command higher salaries.

put down the bottle...where on what warped web sight did you find this....the BLUE states are heavily laden with the GETTOS and lower income housing...you need a dose of reality....
