Do you mean test anxiety? If so, here's how I did it:

1) Be ready! The more prepared you are, the less stressed you'll be

2) Study at night and review in the morning and immediately before the exam. Do anything for the material to remain fresh in your mind

3) Eat protein for breakfast ... this precludes any hunger you might experience

4) Take deep breaths before the exam

5) Be calm ... knowing that you'll do your best.

Good luck.

its really a difficult question, but having a little bit of anxiety is actually good.

Other than that if you are really ready before the test day, you feel confident and then you don't have to worry a lot. Anxiety comes when you are half prepared or not prepared at all.

Just keep studying regularly and slowly grasp material, then during test time you won't get over burdened with materials.

Take vitamin B group multivitamins. They really do help the nerves. Study well. Test yourself and make good revision notes. Avoid caffeine (including things like bioplus) before the exam. Get a good night's sleep the night before, and get to the venue early. Use this time to review your material briefly.

I use mind maps to summarise my work. When I write an exam, before I even review the questions, I write down my mind maps as reference. I find it best to do this before looking at the questions, to avoid confusing myself.
