my wife has this problem too, she can't walk around or even move that much. She says it feels like someone kicked her in back. She puts her knees as far as she can up to her chin, curled up like a ball. She uses 2 heating pads on on front area and one on her lower back. She says it helps relieve the pain for a little while. You may find that taking alieve may help too, she stopped taking advil because it didn' t work. I am not a professional, just giving some ideas of what my wife does when she has pms pain.

I know what you are going through (so does my husband because he has had to walk me to the bathroom I couldn't move lol) What I do for the pain, because I have built up a resistance to pain medication even the stuff for PMS, is lie on my side for about an hour with a heating pad set at medium for about an hour. I also rub the small of my back with the heel of my hand (the added presure believe it or not relieves the pain). I then take a hot, as hot as I can stand, bath. No bubbles, no soap, no moving. I just let myself soak. Once I get out I curl up into a ball on my side and put the heating pad back onto the area that hurts the most. By the next day there is no more pain for me. I hope that helps. Also if you have a hunny that is willing, get him to give you a back rub. It will help ease the tension that is there around the spine.

Um some natural remedy thats good for this pain is cinnamon. It lets all the trapped blood come down and so there wont be any more cramps. u just boil some water and put ground cinnamon in it, if u would like it to taste better add a bag of tea and sugar and coconut flakes and almonds, ummy. lol.
But also note that I have never experienced that much pain so maybe u should see a doctor.

Poor thing...I know what its like. I use to take so many pills I would pass out but the pain wouldnt go away. Hot water bottles, bath and showers help but its only temporary. You can get medication called Ponstan which regulates cramping and bleeding. I went on the pill and now take the hormone tablets continuously so as to not get a period at all. I was amazed at the improvement in my health. Good luck

make sure you are getting enough healthy fats in ur food intake. u need 2 times more omega 3's than omega 6's. so i would suggest taking 2 fish oil and an evening primrose oil capsule a day. evening primerose helps with women's issues. if you would like, try looking into herbs and herbal teas that you can use while on your period. Don Quai helps regulate hormones. Mongolia Bark may help as well. check with your doctor to make sure its ok you take those herbs though. and yes drinking lots of water and eating healthier on ur period will prolly be beneficial as well. try to keep ur calcium/magnesium levels good too. thanks.

Try a over the counter pill that is made for PMS and all the symptoms including back pain. Midol or Pamperin always worked for me. If that doesn't work, go see a doctor.

you can try those over the counter PMS pills like midal or whatever it called. If you don't prefer taking pills then try a heating pad or warm bath . Good luck and I hope this help instead of confuse you.

You should see a doctor about this. It sounds serious with the type of pain you're getting. It may be endometriosis.

a hot shower with the water aimed at the pain. it only helps a little but it's worth it. otherwise take something to make you sleep through it.
