It could be something related to world cup as well. He left southafrica years ago when they couddnt get into world cup finals and after some years he was appointed as pakistan's team coach and it could be very shameful for him seeing his team going back home after losing 2 matches in row.
Something is linked with worl cup as what i believe in.

I was watching the Ireland match and to be honest I thought he didn't look that well. He slumped in to his seat once or twice. Glad to see that Pakistan are going ahead with their last match as a tribute to him. Such a sad loss.

No.It doest seem to be natural.Being a senior coach i dont think he will kill himself or anything natural would happen in the circamstances he died in.
