I've had numerous regressions done.

1. I was a man most, likely spanish/portuguese and had been bitten by a poisonous snake. I knew I was dying but felt no pain only a sensation of slowly losing consciousness.

2. I was a man on the Yucatan peninsula. I was a medicine man and soothsayer, I had predicted something the people didn't like and they were searching for me to kill me.

3. I was a woman in England. My father forbid me to see the man I loved and we met to say goodbye but never saw one another again. (he was my husband in this life)

4. I was a woman in Australia. I had just gotten married and was deliriously happy with my husband but he died soon after the marriage and I never married again. (he was my first love in this life) I was never bitter but spent my life remembering how wonderful he was and how happy we were together.

5. I was a child of about 4 in China. My grandfather (my father in this life) was carrying me on his shoulders.

6. I was a man in southwest america very very early. I was a native and had been out on a hunt with the men of the tribe when I was attacked by a wild cat. They left me for dead. I stayed in the wild until I was healed which was many weeks. When I returned the tribe had moved on and I was alone. With my injuries I doubt I will ever catch up with them or find them.

7. I was a woman in India. My husband is gone, dead or left and I have 2 children, boys. (my brother and my best friend in this life) and we are happy.

There are a few more but I can't remember them without checking my journal.

The experience of the regressions was nice for the most part. It was easy and very interesting. We were also taught how to to do it ourselves.

I don't know if this is a past life regression or not. I have gone to places before that I have never been, but I somehow know where everything is and feel like I've been there before at another time.
